Online Engineering Classes
The study of engineering includes knowledge from both science and mathematics to solve complex problems that confront the public and private sectors, often involving physical infrastructures. Engineers design, construct, plan and manage projects ranging in size and scope and can work in a number of different fields, including chemical, civil, electrical and mechanical engineering.

Students will discuss in some courses what traits make an inspiring leader, the psychology behind leading teams and will use this information to choose their own group leaders for their final projects.
Engineers usually work alongside others to achieve common goals. Specific courses teach students about the nature of group dynamics and how to foster an environment of collaboration among future co-workers.
